Heavy Vehicles Factory (HVF) 2016 Job Notification for Stenographer and other posts

Heavy Vehicles Factory (HVF), Avadi has issued a Notification for the Recruitment of 13 Stenographer and other posts. The Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 10^th June 2016 to 30^th June 2016.

Important Dates:

• Date of opening of online application 10^th June 2016
• Date of closing of online application 30^th June 2016
• Last date for Receipt of Application 10^th July 2016

Educational Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or university.
• Tenth class pass from recognised Board/Institution.
• Metric Pass with one year experience in Trade
• Class XII Pass. Proficiency in handling of PBX Board and Electronics Exchanges
• Passed 10 +2 or equivalent examination with Science subjects

Age Limit:
Candidate’s age limit should be the minimum of 18 years and the maximum of 27 years as on last date of application form. Age relaxation is applicable 5Years for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Pay Scale:
Candidates the Pay Band Rs.5200-20200/- and Grade pay of Rs.1900-2400/-

Application Fee:
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) as Application Fees. Candidates will be directed by the portal to the SBI Collect portal to remit fees. After entering the relevant details, the candidates may remit the fees using credit card, debit card or net banking or pay through cash in any branch of State Bank of India after downloading the challan. No fees for SC/ST/Ex-Serviceman/Person with Disabilities/Women candidates.

How to Apply:
The Eligible candidates may apply through online application format candidate will have to take a print out of the online application and send the same to the address mentioned in the print out of the application along with e-receipt/proof of Fee payment or proof of Fee exemption (Caste Certificate, Discharge Certificate, Disability Certificate, etc.) after affixing recent passport size colour photograph (same as the one uploaded) with signature and left hand thumb impression in the space provided in the application. In the absence of Left hand thumb, then Right hand thumb impression must be affixed after affixing recent passport size colour photograph (same as the one uploaded) with signature and left hand thumb impression in the space provided in the application. In the absence of Left hand thumb, then Right hand thumb impression must be affixed. The Last date for receipt of hard copy of online application form is 10/07/2016 up to 17:00 hrs.
