1.Clerical Cadre

• Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks merit (Open University will not be considered)
• Age limit not exceeding 25 years as on 01.04.2015
• Starting Gross Pay Rs. 16000/- per Month.
• Probation Period – 01 Year.

2.Branch Manager

• Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks merit (Open University will not be considered)
• Three years experience in Housing Finance/Retail Lending  (1-2 years of experience as Branch Head or retail credit/marketing of financial products/branch operations in banks/ HFCs/FIs).
• Age limit not exceeding 28 years as on 01.04.2015
• Starting Gross Pay Rs.6.0 Lakhs per Annum.
