Established in the capital city of Bhopal, School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) was established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development in the year 2008. The University invited applications from interested and eligible candidates for the recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professors in various subjects.

Assistant Professor (Planning) 

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Masters Degree with good academic record and minimum of 60% marks (or an equivalent grade) in Planning or relevant subject from an Indian University OR MSc (Geoinformatics/ Remote Sensing) with First Class or 60% aggregate marks

Desirable 

Housing/ Transport Planning/Environmental Planning/Infrastructure Development/ Geographical Information System(GIS)*
2 years of research/ teaching/ professional experience
Doctoral Degree
Membership of relevant professional bodies
Published research/professional work
Awards in research/professional work
Selection Process

Applicants who fulfil the above mentioned eligibility criteria shall be selected through an Written Test/ Skill Test/ Interview to be held at the University for which mail or speed post will be sent to the shortlisted candidates.

Application Fee and Mode of Payment: The application fee is Rs 500 for all candidates except SC/ST/ PWD/Women applicants and must be paid through demand draft in the name of favoring Director, SPA Bhopal payable at Bhopal.
