• Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech. in Automobile Engineering.

Information Technology:- 20 posts

• Qualification:- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology.

Generalist:- 192 posts

• Qualification:- Graduate in any stream.

NOTE:- Qualifications mentioned above should be from any of the recognized Indian Universities duly approved by the UGC or any of the recognized Indian Institutes duly approved by AICTE. Preference will be given to candidates having post qualification experience in their area of specialization. Company’s decision in this regard shall be final. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate of the necessary qualification as on 30.11.2014.

Age Limit:- 21 years to 30 years, as on 30.11.2014 i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 1.12.1984 and not later than 30.11.1993 (both dates inclusive).

Pay Scale:- Basic pay of Rs.17,240/- in the scale of Rs.17,240-840(14)-29,000-910(4)-32640 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs.36,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension system governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per rules. The CTC works out to Rs 5.3 lakhs p.a. The Officers are also entitled for Company’s / leased accommodation as per norms. The salary scales are under revision with effect from August 2012.
