Educational Qualification:

1. At least second class Master’s in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relations from a recognised Indian/Foreign University or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in either English or Hindi with working knowledge of the other language (Hindi/English).

Maximum Age Limit: 56 years
